Synchro Cone Ring, 1st-2nd, Porsche 911 ’95-‘2011, Boxster S -04 (Hardened Billet Steel) With Carbon Fiber Friction Material.

This is the central or middle, double-sided-friction cone ring of the 1st and 2nd gear “double cone” synchronizer mechanisms. The original parts are stamped and bent steel sheet with sintered bronze friction linings on both sides. Ours are CNC machined from heat treated alloy steel for a much stronger substrate. Carbon fiber friction linings are then bonded to both sides for a higher COF and greater durability. These cone rings may be used with either the OE synchro and synchro shift rings or our billet steel synchro and synchro shift rings. See TECHNICAL DOCUMENT below for further information.
