Place orders through our Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders may also be placed by phone between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday by calling (970) 482-0602. Our phones can get busy, so if a human doesn’t answer, please leave a brief voice message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please remember to leave your name and call back number!

We always make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible. However, all prices are subject to change without notice. All of our Rauch & Spiegel brand parts are made right here in our Fort Collins, Colorado facility and our O.E.M. parts are imported directly from Germany to give you the best possible prices.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, Money Orders, or your Check. Orders made by check or money order will be held until funds are cleared. If payment is with a charge card, please include your name as it appears on the card, complete card number, expiration date, billing address, and three digit code on the back of the card. C.O.D. orders are no longer accepted.

Shipping Information

Domestic – Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Because UPS cannot make delivery to a Post Office Box, a street address for delivery must be included for every order. For this reason, many customers find it most convenient to have their orders shipped to their place of business.

We offer free shipping on many of our products. This offer is valid only on retail orders shipped to an address within the contiguous (48) U.S. states and with a value of $100.00 or more (pre-tax). Shipping will be by surface transportation (UPS or FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Flat Rate, as examples). The carrier chosen will be at our sole discretion and will include online tracking so that you may track your order. Some heavy or bulky items are excluded from this offer, but we will notify you, before being charged, if you have ordered something that doesn’t qualify for this offer.

UPS 2nd Day Air, Overnight Air, and Overnight Saturday Delivery are available for an additional charge. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and International orders must go by air.

International – We have several ways to ship internationally. Contact us for a quote and we will check several shipping options to get you the best rate depending upon the size and weight of the shipment and your desired delivery time. International shipments can take up to a month to arrive and electronic tracking may not work once the shipment leaves the U.S.. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. We do not have any way to estimate any duty due in country of delivery.

We normally ship domestic in-stock orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. International orders may take an extra day or two depending upon the additional paper work required for
 export and destination country.
